Progress That Actually Matters
Lindsay - “The part that surprised Lindsay the most”
Lindsay came to me after a hip replacement wanting strength, confidence and clear plan. She couldn’t walk more than a few hundred metres without pain and fatigue, even after surgery.
The first goal was restoring range of movement and building strength. What she didn’t expect to improve was her energy, the headspace and the ability to be fully present with her children again.
Cara - “She didn’t just change her body”
After having her son, Cara didn’t recognise herself.
She felt overwhelmed, impatient and mentally not in a great place.
She also struggled with body image.
Carrying around a sense of stress she couldn’t shift and covering herself up in photos.
Over 6 months, Cara has been consistent and dedicated to training with intention.
Now her confidence is better than ever before, she feels great in her clothes and is more resilient day to day.
Jeanette - “Shocked at how much weight she has lost"
Jeanette turns up week after week.

For the first time in her life, she is strength training with intensity and is seeing the results.
Weight loss for Jeanette isn’t just about dress sizes.
Her health was not in a great place before we started working together.
Heart under strain, joints showing evidence of arthritis, symptoms of depression.
Now we are focused on building muscle, improving cardiovascular health and optimising sleep.

Years of lower back pain and disc herniation causing nerve related symptoms left Leon feeling low in mood, unable to train and feeling completely stuck.
He had NHS Physio but he still felt like he wasn’t making lasting progress.
The goal was never to chase a quick fix when we started working together. It was to rebuild confidence, strength and trust in his body again.
Now he’s unstoppable in the gym and has found a consistent routine. He’s even gone back to running too.
