Build strength.
Protect your health.

Get out of pain, rebuild confidence, and become stronger for life – with expert coaching that blends rehab, performance and long-term health.

Why this is different.

I’m Becky Rush, a Physiotherapist and Strength Coach based in Manchester.

I help people bridge the gap between rehab and performance so you can get out of pain, rebuild confidence, and become genuinely stronger for life.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, returning to training, or wanting to move and feel better in your body, the plan is built around you.

Physio-led, strength-focused

Rehab and training shouldn’t feel like two separate worlds. I combine physiotherapy and strength coaching so you can reduce pain, move well and build real strength with confidence.

A personalised plan that fits real life

Your training is tailored to your body, goals and lifestyle - whether you’re rebuilding after injury or pushing performance further.

Long-term results you can trust

The goal isn’t just to feel better for a few weeks. It’s building strength, resilience and confidence so your body feels capable for the long run.

Yes, many of my clients lose between 5-15kg whilst working together but it’s not the only goal. We prioritise strength, habits, and health.

No. Everything is coached and progressed safely.

Most clients train 2-3 times per week, 30-60 minutes.

No, some clients train solely at home. Purchasing some kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands is recommended to get the most out of home based training. The best results often occur in the gym due to access to different equipment.
