Build strength.
Protect your health.

Physio-led strength Coaching for healthcare professionals who want to feel capable, confident and in control of their health.

Why this is different.

I’m Becky Rush, an ex-NHS Physio turned Strength Coach. I help busy clinicians build strength, improve body composition and feel better in their bodies through realistic training, nutrition and behaviour change.

Physio-led, strength-first

I don’t chase weight loss at the expense of health. We build strength, resilience, and habits that last.

Designed for healthcare lives

Long shifts, weekends, unpredictable rotas - your plan fits that reality.

No extremes, no gimmicks

No detoxes, no punishment. Just evidence-based coaching, done properly.

No. Everything is coached and progressed safely.

Most clients train 2-3 times per week, 30-60 minutes.
